Hi Frank,

The 2:3 aspect ratio alone is not sufficient. When I used the default
settings for filmsize (0,03x0,022) the aspect ratio (3:4) was correct. This
was based upon the size in pixels of the picture (2560 x 1920). With the
default settings I mean the settings Realsoft suggests.
Nevertheless I had to set the Focal length to 160 mm instead of 191mm or
48,25 as mentioned in the exif data. Thank's to Cris, was it Cris?, I only
saw initials cm ;), I had a look on the internet and found the following
page: http://www.dpreview.com/news/0210/02100402sensorsizes.asp

My camera is mentioned in the table (minolta dimage7). This camera has a
2/3" CCD. According to this table the sensor size is 8.8x6.6 mm. This also
has the 4:3 aspect ratio. When I put these sensor sizes in the width and
height fields in RS I can fill out the 48.25 mm focal length to get a
correct match. I tested another viewpoint and found the same correct match.

When you use the correct aspect ratio but have the wrong filmsizes the
object in the 3D scene will be too big or too small.

Quite an interesting day ;)

Arjo.
