Hardly worth the $$$ then. It seems that the main difference is in the
workstation drivers, which are thoroughly tested and adapted to specific
mainstream 3d software like 3dsmax.
I hope V6 will have faster and better OGL; I still have trouble handling
large complex scenes!

I think for S/W's that support Gellato , the Quadros may make
sense as far as better quality realtime renders go .
Seriously , check out the Aquamark benchmark I mentioned in
a recent mail . Run it , submit your results to the database ,
and then compare your card to some of the very fast cards in
that d-base .
Great bench & a great way to stay on top of the marketplace .
