The animation is done with 2 different greyscale images. The images color is mapped in animation recording mode to the spheres via Map2object. The script is a simple "get color" ->"Set Scale" I'll share a file if you like :-) Matthias
Yes please, it really surprised me the whole thing works so well in animation!
