Hi Jan, Thanks for posting. I did restore the workspace folders from the public instance onto the author instance, and deleted the index folders. (BTW: I did not delete the folders themselves, just anything they contained).
So the next task for me is to reset the superuser password. I tried two approaches as documented above and none worked. If you have any idea, or a hack I can use to reset the superuser password that would be great. Thanks!
