I think this is one thread that needs to be worked on...in my going through
the current site with an eye to maintenence I see a lot of features that
seem intended to meet requirements but I dont necessarily draw out of that
an overall set of requirements and intended constituents whose requirements
need to be met. In a lot of ways I think the sets of requirements and
constituencies are a lot more complex than we think...the site as it is, is
the site that we would make to satisfy our own needs but I think we could
target resources better to do everything from help market the project to
help hapless content providers who have figure out what to do with their
stories.....

Subject: [midgard-user] What do you want to do on the Midgard site?

Greetings!

This is related to my earlier message about the Midgard
Web site redesign. I would like to hear what kinds of
services and content users (yes, thats you) want to find
from the site, and how they want to access those services.

This will help us to create the actual site hierarchy
and user interfaces.

Please send me your wishes for the site. Also, what would
be interesting would be to hear what kinds of things you
feel new and prospective Midgard users would want from
the site.

/Bergie

PS. Thanks to everybody who offered to help with the site.
We now have the development server thanks to Armand, and
I will get back to you on the project soon.
