Hi,

What we have now is an official installation guide that's being maintained
by Marius. The key is for all of us to send Marius feedback concerning our
experiences, I believe Marius will happily sort through our comments and
incorporate them into the document.
The challange that remains is letting people know this is the process for
contributing. This challange must become crystal clear as a result of the
Web site redesign and that's why I've been harping about the Roxen
interface thing. That type of organization makes it clear who is
responsible for everything that's being worked on.
If we just move the site into a new Midgard style, we won't improve our
organization.
I'd really like to see these issues in a Redesign Reguirements document
where they can be discussed. I'm hoping that Henri will respond to this.
:)
I don't understand how we can organize discussions and make decisions to
redesign the Web site if we don't have a document to organize all our
thoughts around.
Without a document, this redesign will be a one man show.

I just got off the phone with Marius and we're going to start working on a
couple jobs:
*MOVE site, which is the tutorial for building sites from start to finish
*conversion from sgml/docbook to XML, we'll convert everything and when
it's done and working we can make the switch.
