In midgard.spec file change apache and MySQL versions in the Requires: statement
Requires: expat >= 1.95.1, apache = 1.3.12, MySQL >= 3.23.20, MySQL-shared >= 3.23.20
to those you have in system. It would be something like
Requires: expat >= 1.95.1, apache = 1.3.6, MySQL >= 3.22.32, MySQL-shared >= 3.22.32
though I don't know what MySQL version you have.
