That would be true if all sites were created by individuals,
but more probably they're work of a company, and so we need
to be able to add some information here.

Besides, I don't want to make the registration mandatory,
and so people can submit sites to the index anonymously.

You can start using just english, and then we can transition
the app to use a localization system once we have something
usable.

David said that Asgard's MsgParser is not designed to be used
outside Asgard, but maybe it could be adapted to this need.
