Sorry to say this but I never went any further with the investigation as I did not receive a reply. We now use Open/LibreOffice exclusively and, as a result, my contributions here have dwindled and I can now only really help answer the most obvious of questions. Which is all, I guess, a roundabout way of saying that no, I do not have the answer to your question, sorry.
