Hi Joao, please go to www.biomart.org and choose 'BioPortal'. Under 'database search' choose 'Genome' and 'Ensembl genes 64'. Choose dataset that you are interested in. Click 'next'. On the filter page select region of your interest, click 'next'. On the 'output' page select 'homologues' and choose the species of your choice.
