To Whom it may concern, We would be interested in providing data from our database (The IARC TP53 Database, http://www-p53.iarc.fr/) through BioMart, but we have poor informatic support. I would like to ask if there is any possibility to get help from the BioMart team.
The idea would be to keep our MS SQL server database system and interface with BioMart the different datasets we curate. I would need more information on the requirements and capacity of the BioMart system to understand what it would take to create this interface.
