I had some microarray data of Drosophila ageing heart tissue, e.g. 1week old fly vs. 5 week old fly. I want to compare my data with other high throughput research data, e.g. human ageing, mice tissue specific ageing, C. elegans microarray or NGS seq data. How can I extract some ageing (or term specific search e.g. heart disease) related high throughput data from BioMart? Zhi Zhang, Ph. D.
