Hi Geoff, You are correct. Before i have given 1024MB(*1 GB*) of RAM and it didn't work.
Now i have given 2100MB( More than *2 GB*) of RAM, and i reconstructed the databases and now its working fine :) I can able to LOGIN without any issues.
