With all regards, we could do better, we really SHOULD have a footer with the link, and frankly the list serve we are using should honer the established standard of “unsubscribe” , if the software is not cabable of this, we should move to using a package that can or google groups.. we can do better with this, and just using the excuse of RTFM or or blowing people off is not appropriate . Never assume our users know how to get off of a list that uses non-standard methods….
