Hello All SMS sending or receiving via a GSM modem absolutely depends on the SIM card that you using, the operator who has provided you the SIM card, if he has tie-ups placed in the US with the GSM and other operators, SMS sending works perfect. You need to make sure from your SIM operator whether sending SMS to US networks both GSM and TDMA/CDMA is supported or not.
Kannel just facilities sending/receiving messages, which could be via a GSM modem or SMS-C. Any comments?
