I am sorry, but do I figure this out?

True, I was planning on using the laptop speaker itself for listening, and add
a microphone to it.

Oh, I am probably looking for something that is 27" or so. While I do watch
videos, I largely use my computer for programming and LaTeX (and reading). So,
I think 27" or so would be helpful. I do not know how to tell whether the
graphics card can drive a given display.

The laptop is a Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250. The blurb said it has a
"Integrated Intel® Arc™ graphics for Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 268V vPro® processor,
32 GB LPDDR5x memory" but I am not sure what to make out of it.

Many thanks again, and best wishes,
Ranjan
