I delete the records from cc_calls table and restart opensips. Then the call is getting is transferred to one of the agents. What is the solution to this? Everytime it is not possible to delete the records in cc_calls table and restart opensips.
When I reject the call, the call is transferred to the same agent. The call is not going to the next available agent.
