You're going to be disappointed, because CentOS also only brings with it
the packages that are in the core upstream EL distro. Therefore
everything you are finding isn't in RSEL you'll find to also not be
there in CentOS.
F20-arm life should be long enough for Centos-arm7 to be out and stable.
You might want to check whether F20 includes everything you actually
need. Last I checked the EPEL repository for RSEL is pretty complete,
which means you may need depdendncies that are outside Fedora as well,
and you'll be back up against the same problem.
