The website says it is based on OpenOffice.org 1.2.
There is no such product as OOo 1.2.
So how do we know what Perfect Pro Office is?
it obviously is not OOo, and therefore we do _not_ know what it is.
Fine, don't help, tell them to go away and we will lose their support.
<irritation>I guess I was wrong. We couldn't possibly know what they are talking about. I am sure that the paragraph styles settings in OOo 1.1.4 are nothing like Cosmi OOo Hack 1.2. In fact, we should all set a filter now that any e-mail with the word Perfect Pro Office in the subject or body of message should be immediately destroyed.</irritation>
Come on Jonathon, you are a reasonable, helpful, person. You honestly think that we can't help these people with their questions. This is not the OSS attitude. People are using our product, or a close derivative. They have innocently bought it and are now being directed to us. Everyone's answer is to show them the door?
Troubling this is.
