That was an interesting article. So Novell is pissed that Sun rejects their commits and contributions thus the project should be detached from Sun. I am not knowledgeable in this area, but how does one rebut that claim or, even better, prove it wrong? In other words, to tackle uncertainty and doubt, one just has to prove, or just show reasonably well, that Sun is not doing anything of the sort.
