It's still a driver issue. For example, I use cups to print via OOo and have it set to go to a specific printer/driver that is set in cups to print only black and white. Firefox & SeaMonkey do not seem to obey the defaults, and instead I must specifically tell the options in Fx to print to BW rather than color. Check your printer driver options (System|Administration|Printer) and make sure that it is set up properly. Also check your OOo printer options: File|Printer Settings. Which OOo are you using - Ubuntu's, OOo's, and which version? It does no good to just state that you can't print multiple pages.
