When I click on the "Collate" entry on the "Device" tab, the "Current value"
list just shows "Off" and no other options, so I don't see how I can turn on
"Collate" even if I wanted to.

Just so it's clear, my issue is not printing of multiple copies, but
printing of multiple pages per sheet.
