Thanks. I had tried that but didn't realize notes were at bottom. I was
mislead because my table of contents (shown by xpdf) had my last slide at
page 246. I didn't notice before that now I have 492 pages. Now I see the
extra slides with my notes. Now to figure out how to get only the slides
with notes to be exported. I will export one for students (not using this
method because I want two slides per sheet) and then another exported just
for the instructor with the notes. (Not a big deal as I can use texexec to
get only the pages I want if needed.)
