Easy: Print to cups-pdf (works for a regular printer as well). When you
go to print, You'll see an section 'Print content', select 'Notes' from
the dropdown. That will then print just the notes pages to a PDF without
the added 'Slide' pages.

I'm not sure that 'feature' isn't available in 'Export PDF', but it
seems to me to be a worthwhile issue if someone hasn't filed it already.
