What are you exactly doing to open a new spread sheet? Are you specifically doing File->New to open a new spread sheet? Also, I am not sure if somebody has pointed out this to you yet or not, but are you aware you are using the same message thread and just changing the subject line? In online parlance, you are hijacking the thread. What you should be going is to post a *new* message for an unrelated or a new problem. You will notice that you will get higher value responses that way. Many people collapse threads they are not interested in, or mark some threads to not see them anymore, and may just miss your new subject lines altogether.
