Don't know... and neither will anyone else unless you take the time to
describe exactly how you are trying to open the second spreadsheet. And
when you do that also include (as a minimum): 1) OS, and 2) version of OOo.

Realize that this is a list where OOo users attempt to help other OOo
users; please don't waste peoples time by posting "but OO
won't let me open a second spreadsheet. Why not?". Be as specific as you
can (turn the question around and see how you would respond to similar).
Also, before posting it is helpful to have read the documentation [1],
and used a search engine (Google, etc) first.
