I think to simplify things, I'm just asking for the ability to have
multi-conditional (nested?) Page Styles, with 3 of the potential
conditions (I'm sure there are a lot more that would make sense to
provide for) to be able to check for being: FirstPage, LastPage,
#OfPages (with appropriate operators =, >, <. etc)...
