I think to simplify things, I'm just asking for the ability to have
multi-conditional (nested?) Page Styles, with 3 of the potential

provide for) to be able to check for being: FirstPage, LastPage,
#OfPages (with appropriate operators =, >, <. etc)...
This discussion probably belongs on the discuss list. I think there are
quite a few questions to be addressed before an enhancement request
could be formulated, for example, when the tests would be run and how
they fit with the current page style processing.
