When you are printing tables, are you entering the table or tables
in a text document (Writer) or spreadsheet (Calc)? In either case,
using the "Data to text" icon in the Data Display window copies the
desired fields from the database table or tables to the document or
spreadsheet. I use this function quite a bit.
First you would need to create a database and also register it with
the OOo program. How to do that is found in the documentation:
http://documentation.openoffice.org.
