Using a database?  
Select the fields you want printed, and voila.

That wasn't the only research project to publicly admit that they
knowingly published corrupt data.

When using a spreadsheet as a database, it is in one of two states:
i) Corrupt beyond redemption;
ii) Corrupt, but fixable --- if one has the original source hardcopy,
and time to make the corrections;
