I've been using SuSE 9.3 for about a week: I upgraded to OpenOffice 2.0-pre with Yast Online update. If you don't have SuseWatcher set up, try that. (I looked and don't have any .sdw files on my system or I'd see if OOo 2.0 opens them.) The online update via SuseWatcher is one of the most attractive features of SuSE 9.x.
