It depends upon what kind of a download you are talking about.
Please be more specific. What are you trying to download? Where did you
download it from? What are you using to open the downloaded file?
Please send this information back to this mailing list:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Please also a Subject line such as Cannot open
"..." where "..." is replaced by the name of the downloaded file. Do
not reply to this email, but do send a new email with this information
