Make sure that OOo is not running anymore by lmaking sure that the OOo icon in the system tray is not running. Then if you use version 2.0 of OpenOffice.org you can simply use the normal "Add/Remove" programs from windows. If you are using version 1.x you can simply delete the c:\programs\openoffice.org1.1.5\ folder.
