[users] Frame around MS Word document

Hi,
   
  I am using a public computer which is running under MS Office 2000 with 
Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer.  However, Word has not been installed. 
   
  All my documents have been written in MS Word, e.g. my resume.  I've 
downloaded the doc but when I opened it it was shown with a 'frame'.  Is there 
a way to get rid of this frame?
