I am not sure I understand the problem here? I take it you are working in a document here, rather than a spreadsheet, which may be simpler. The format appears to be a name, followed by one, or is it more, page numbers? Are the page numbers separated by tabs at all? Now, setting the tabs - I take it you placed three user-defined tab placements on the ruler? This works no matter what text you have highlighted. If you want to adjust the tabs themselves, then it will be different for each one, as they are probably a different paragraph for each line/record. What I would suggest, try doing a Text->Table conversion on it. Do Table -> Convert -> Text to Table and see if that helps with the layout.
