Dear OpenOffice.org Rep:
My job has given me an old computer to have for home use, however, it
needs Windows 98 (which I haven't been able to locate at a reasonable
price). Our IS person directed me to your organization. Will you be
able to help me in any way?
We can't help you with Windows 98, unless someone wants to give you
their license.
You could ditch the Windows 98 and try out Linux though. It's freely (
and legally ) available over the internet, or you can get a copy from
your local PC store, off the magazine CD, etc. It will be a *lot* more
secure than running Windows 98, and you can also run OpenOffice on it :)
