     Someone asked a question about Writer recently, and the answer was to 
use styles. Perhaps the same thing is true here.
     Open the Styles and Formating Window (F11). Unless you are using a 
different style, Default should be selected. Right click Default and then 
Modify from the context menu. Using the Border tab, modify the color and 
width of the cell borders. Click OK. All of the cells on all sheets will 
now have the chosen borders.
