Hi Uwe, While the updating function itself may still be work in progress, the problem is that the item does not show up under help menu for some installations (I suspect upgrades only) of the released stable version. My suspicion is that there are 2 or more variants of 680m7 Build 9044 out on the mirrors. I downloaded and upgrade 2.0.3 (Linux) from http://ftp.scarlet.be and experience the problem (resolved by removing the second variant of my user directory in my home directory that the upgrade created), but the Windows upgrade from http://ftp/plusline.de did not exhibit any problem and the "Check for updates" worked perfectly.
