I've read Issue 64581 about the removal of the option to allow users to
specify templates folders from within Options...>Paths, and the thread
includes the statement
you can patch the settings in the configuration file manually
Can anyone tell me how to do this (under Win XP)?
Also, I remember an option to force 'Open...' to open files at the top of
the document, rather than at the insertion point of the last save, but I
have been unable to find this either. Does anyone know if this has also been
'fixed' in 2.0.3, and if so, if there is a way I can unfix it?
