One final remark:
First you set up your labels/envelopes/merge letters in OpenOffice.org.
This means that you add fields to the documents. Fields that point to a
datasource.
Then to get a document on your screen or on the paper, you have to
select one or more records (Names, addresses and so on) from the
datasource and make those merge with your document.
All is guided by wizards and explained in the document.
