Hi Joe; You have a problem with this spreadsheet. It produces the median sales value/size in each geo location, not the median price. We need to incorporate the 'quantity' then a formula using that to calculate the median from the 'Sales Price' column. I will do this for you, when I have a little more time. Regards, Royce G.
