OpenOffice doesn't have any 'custom service reps'. There are volunteers,
some of whom respond to questions in mailing lists such as this. I've
searched all the OpenOffice mailing lists I'm subscribed to, and I
didn't find anything from 'Harold Fox' ( or *any* Harold for that matter
). Perhaps you meant to sent this email somewhere else?
