As others have pointed out, the original poster ( whether grieving or otherwise ) posted an obnoxious post and only received well-mannered replies. I'm surprised that:

- no-one insulted her
- people actually tried to help at all

Both you and your friend should consider that volunteers who are offering free tech support aren't really interested in being insulted. What's more, no insults were returned. I don't see the problem here.
