How about just putting the change in the field where you sum the column.
=((A1..A239)/100)
instead of fiddling with 2 or three columns at each direct entry?

It will be document-centered fix but the user could save the setup as a
template file.
Any new rows added would be completely without macro or formula, so they
would be easy to set up
