Are you talking about the form being Read Only? If so, that only
means that you can not make any changes in the format of the form.
You can still enter information in the fields of the form, or at
least you should be able to do so.
If there are some things that you do not know about Base (OOo's
database application for 2.x), you might want to read the "Getting
Started with Base" chapter in the Getting Started Guide available at:
