There are two library folders one in your home directory (click on the icon of the house), and one on your hard drive (click the icon for your Hard Drive, should be called something like Macintosh HD). The Library folder on the Hard drive is the one with the receipts folder.

to go to http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/ for complete installtion
information.
