I still have not solved this problem; however, I found that
everything will print if I write to PDF first. Simple documents
print fine, however, if slightly complicated, such as spreadsheets,
do not print, giving a diagnostic "waiting for reply from printer",
and the printer, instead of the normal steady green, starts to flash
orange. The printer window shows the queue in place, and printing,
but nothing happens. Apparently, the printer cannot handle some of
the signals from the Mac. Is there another driver I can download?
This happens only for OO; any files from the iMac directly print
fine, although I have not printed spreadsheets from the iMac yet.
