I'm currently using Open Office 2.1, running Windows XP.
I've been attempting to insert a Table of Contents into my document, using chapter headings. I've got custom chapter headings defined, which number themselves automatically, and appear in the scroll bar when paging down. I follow the instructions to create a table of contents, and even though there are currently 8 chapters, all formatted with the same style, only one of them appears in the table of contents upon generation. Chapter 2, weirdly enough. I've tried updating them, but to no avail. I've repeated this three times, but with the same results each time. The chapters appear successfully, as I mentioned before, in the scroll bar, as well as in the footer I've created to display document title, page number, and chapter name/number. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.
