If all you did was download the program, then you need to install
it. Is there an icon on your desktop for the install program? If so,
double click it to begin the installation process. Once the
installation is completed, the program can be accessed from
Start > All Programs (for Win XP). If you use Win 98 SE, it will be in
Start > Programs. In either case, it will listed as a folder with the
individual components listed within the folder.
