I haven't completed our testing but so far there have only been a couple of
things that Calc, Writer, Base, and Impress haven't been able to do for my
users and those were some pretty complicated Macros or differing verbage
OpenOffice uses that Microsoft doesn't or vice versa.  I know at this site
we stand to save over $150K in Licensing costs and stay current.  But again
we haven't finished rolling it out and testing it yet.
